Shipping policy
All sales are final on all products once items are shipped. If you contact us to cancel a purchase before we have shipped the item, refunds may be given.Â
MISSING PACKAGE
Please refer to our e-mail shipping confirmation for your tracking number to follow the status of your order. (This will be emailed to the email address you used when placing the order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.) If tracking on your item indicates "Delivered" and it is not at your house, we are not responsible for the missing package. Please call the post office and/or talk to your local postman for more information.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Daughters of Promise Ministry is not responsible for packages that are missing/undeliverable due to an incorrectly listed, or out-of-date shipping address. If we notice that something doesn’t appear correct about your shipping address, we will attempt to contact you. However, it is your responsibility to double-check the shipping details and ensure that they are correct. If you are a subscriber, it is your responsibility to ensure that your mailing address is correct by managing it in your online DOP account. We are not responsible for issues that fail to arrive due to out of date addresses in our system.
If your shipping label has been printed (meaning it is paid for) and you need to do a change of address, you will be responsible for the new shipping fee. We have this policy because incorrect addresses are a common mistake. If your magazine is sent to the wrong address, you are responsible for any applicable return fees plus a $4 re-ship fee. You must wait until your package is returned to us before we can re-ship the issue.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipment. We are not responsible for damage occurred by your child, pets, or any other external conditions once the package is delivered. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please contact us at shop@daughters-of-promise.org, and include a photograph of the damage to open a case.
