Refund policy
Shipping Method
Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of order placement.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Ground Advantage. International orders are shipped via First Class Int’l or Priority Int’l. Duties and fees are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on the weight and destination of your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Please carefully check to ensure that all the details, including shipping information are correct. Daughters of Promise Ministry is not responsible for packages that are missing/undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address on your order. If you see something that needs to be corrected, please reach out asap to shop@daughters-of-promise.org.Â
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may pay a reship fee to the correct address.
When a package leaves our office and is left in the hands of USPS, the responsibility of that package is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or delivery delays incurred once your package has entered the postal system.Â
Orders shipped via USPS Priority and Ground Advantage include up to $100 of insurance. Please bear this in mind when ordering and select either of these options if you wish for insurance on your package.Â
If your package arrives damaged (crushed box, damaged items, etc.) please take a picture of your items and save them as evidence, including the packaging the items came in. You can then reach out to us at shop@daughters-of-promise.org and we will assist in filing a refund and replacing the items.

Refunds and Returns
Returns of unopened, unworn, and undamaged items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
To request a return, contact us at shop@daughters-of-promise.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be initiated to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@daughters-of-promise.org.
